Pak Mat Western started as a casual western-food restaurant in Bukit Minyak, Juru, Penang (Malaysia).

The brand now consists of:

• A dine-in café/restaurant offering Western-style dishes (e.g., chicken chop, lamb chop, mixed platters) with local flavour.

• A frozen-food product line (“marinated meats” etc) under the same brand, sold retail and for home-cooking.
